Qualifications
- 10–12 years of program/project management experience in large-scale Transformations.
- Hands-on technical ability to read/review code and unblock engineering teams.
- Proven expertise managing multi-phase programs with architecture, migration and cutover.
- Strong ECM knowledge: Documentum, Alfresco, Mobius and related platforms.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, SAFe, waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ECM de-duplication program planning and delivery.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams: platform build, integration, migration, testing, and cutover.
- Manage timelines, risks, issues, and escalations with governance checkpoints.
- Facilitate alignment across delivery teams, stakeholders, and client leadership.
