Job summary

Qualifications

• No specific educational requirements; education may be substituted for experience at GS-4 and GS-5.
• Licensure/certification not required but strongly desirable for GS-6 or above (RCS/RDCS/CCI).
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic echocardiography equipment to graphically record heart walls and structures.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and staff development; contribute to policies and procedures related to echocardiography.
• Travel up to 75% to support hub and spoke network within the Indianapolis area.
