Job summary

Central Health is seeking an Echo/Cardiac Ultrasound Tech in Austin, TX. This role performs physician-ordered echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, bubble studies, and contrast echocardiograms in an ambulatory clinic setting.

The position requires 3 years of echo/cardiac tech experience in acute care and ARDCS/RDCS/RCS certifications plus BLS. You will work with a team to ensure accurate results and positive patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Technology Program with Cardiac specialization.
• 3 years of echo/cardiac technician experience in an acute care setting.
• ARDCS, RDCS, and RCS certifications plus BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms, stress echos, bubble studies, and contrast studies per protocol.
• Maintain equipment, QC logs, and service records.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards and HIPAA regulations.
