Job summary

TCC Solutions in Indianapolis seeks a Subject Matter Expert III to guide CCDBG and CCDF rule interpretation, drive enhancements to the Ascend Early Childhood Solution, and ensure subcontractor compliance across multiple clients. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of state-level experience in early childhood education.
• In-depth knowledge of CCDBG, Head Start, and PreK programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with ECEC technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients in developing ECEC data system solutions that align with federal requirements and state needs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, timeliness, and contractual compliance.
• Recommend and contribute to prioritization of enhancements to Ascend Early Childhood Solution.
• Develop client-facing materials including training and support documents.
• Coordinate call center communication and provider outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with BAs and Developers to design system improvements and QA.
