Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide customers through capacity planning and delivery for compute resources across EC2 and related services. You will own end-to-end capacity plans, translating growth into commitments and driving actions across AWS teams to meet them.

You will lead customer reviews, develop governance for capacity commitments, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize capacity delivery

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with GenAI/ML workloads and large-scale compute environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication at executive and technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity and scaling plans translating customer growth into infrastructure commitments.
• Identify and pursue strategic capacity opportunities across large-scale workloads and migrations.
• Serve as the capacity coach, evangelizing customer needs to AWS leadership, product, and supply chain teams.
