Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Oklahoma licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP
• Progress toward CEDS credential
• Minimum three years post-licensure experience with eating disorders

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced eating disorders-focused individual and family psychotherapy for inpatients/outpatients.
• Leads small process psychotherapy groups for inpatients.
• Leads psychoeducational groups for inpatients and Magnolia House residents.
• Participates in therapeutic meal supervision for inpatients and Magnolia House residents.
• Identifies and completes assessments, treatment and discharge plans within established timeframes.
• Documents in accordance with regulatory standards for patient information exchange and reimbursement.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and communicates with patients and families.
• Contributes to performance improvement and program development.
