Job summary

Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, Inc. seeks a Clinical Dietitian (Eating Disorders) to advance nutritional health during treatment.

The role collaborates with healthcare staff to evaluate, educate and develop individualized nutrition plans and reassess nutritional therapy throughout treatment. The position requires ACEND-accredited education, RD licensure in Oklahoma and at least 6 months related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ACEND-accredited program.
• Registered Dietitian with Oklahoma licensure or provisional licensure acceptable for up to 3 years.
• Minimum 6 months related experience (internships count for new graduates).
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary treatment team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and document nutrition plans and progress.
• Assess patient nutritional status and communicate diet recommendations aligned with treatment goals.
• Provide nutrition counseling, meal planning, and supervision as needed.
• Assist in discharge planning to integrate nutrition into aftercare.
• Counsel on dietary principles and modify plans based on patient progress and data.
• Educate patients and support systems with up-to-date nutrition information and research.
