Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• State licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP is required.
• 0-6 months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs eating disorders focused individual and family psychotherapy for inpatients or outpatients.
• Leads small process psychotherapy groups for Eating Disorders Program inpatients.
• Leads psychoeducational groups for Eating Disorders Program inpatients and Magnolia House residents.
• Participates in therapeutic meal supervision.
• Identifies, coordinates, and completes assessments, treatment and discharge plans within established time frames.
• Completes documentation per regulatory standards for patient information exchange and reimbursement.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers and referral sources; communicates with patients and families.
• Participates in quality and process improvement activities and department meetings.
