Harris & Co Executive Search seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead estimation, planning, and execution of complex earthwork projects in the Minneapolis area. You will drive bid strategy, coordinate with clients, engineers, and vendors, and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.

This role oversees project managers, manages subcontractors, tracks costs, and communicates with clients to maintain satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience managing multiple earthwork or construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proven bid preparation and cost estimation skills.
• Strong leadership and client liaison abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead bid preparation, oversee quotes and submissions.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate bids.
• Conduct site visits and pre-bid meetings, assessing scope and conditions.
• Oversee quantity takeoffs and cost analysis, ensuring budget alignment.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and track milestones.
• Develop and manage project schedules with PMs, Superintendent, and Foreman.
• Oversee project execution and handoffs to teams.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors for timely earthwork operations.
• Track project costs and oversee change orders.
• Ensure timely project documentation and billing and client communication.
