Job summary

Leffler Consulting, LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to join our team providing support to national security satellite and ground systems. An active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.

Responsibilities include EVM analysis, IPMDAR deliverables, integrating performance with BCWP, and supporting IBRs and program replans. Proficiency with Empower and Tableau, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 11 years of EVM experience, preferably in the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Experience with performance analysis tools.
• Experience with COTS tools, such as Empower and Tableau preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project, and Excel (pivot tables and macros).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• EVM analysis of space and software intensive systems.
• Assist contractor program teams in implementing the IPMDAR deliverable (where applicable).
• Assist Government program offices in understanding how to evaluate, analyze, and interpret IPM data in the new IPMDAR reporting schema (where applicable).
• Integrating technical performance with technical performance metrics that drive objective performance measurement (BCWP) and analysis of predictive EACs.
• Independent evaluation of Contractor EVM system(s) and use of modern data driven methods and tools.
• Assist Government program offices in preparing for and conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
• Provide oversight and implementation guidance related to Program replan and Over Target Baseline / Schedule.
• Developing independent estimate(s) at complete (EACs) and integrating with the government budget build.
• Integrating IPM analysis with cross program analysis, cost estimates, Government EACs and other cross program analysis activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support corporate initiatives, including but not limited to bid and proposal tasks such as resume reviews and technical writing.
