This site‑based role focuses on designing and overseeing GMP spaces, equipment selection, and engineering build‑outs. Qualifications

• MS or PhD in science or related field.
• 10+ years of early‑phase GMP drug manufacturing experience.
• OSD experience in early‑phase GMP drug product manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, regulatory inspections, and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, and deliver results through others.
• Experience designing or supporting GMP facilities, including collaboration with engineering and oversight of build‑out activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Scientific degree or similar field required, with emphasis on drug product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop PD GMP manufacturing operations for early‑phase products.
• Design, oversee, and maintain PD GMP spaces and equipment.
• Serve as SME for PD GMP activities across projects and technologies.
• Provide leadership and admin management for a diverse technical team.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory inspections.
• Act as stakeholder in regulatory audits, client meetings, on‑site visits.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and project teams for timely delivery.
