Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with 5+ years of industry experience or MS with 8+ years or BS with 10+ years.
• Solid oral dosage development experience (5–10 years)
• DPI experience preferred
• Working knowledge of industry regulations (ICH/ICHQ8)
• Experience in mammalian cell culture and upstream/downstream development or analytical methods for biologics
• Experience in experimental design (DOE) and statistics
• Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting software

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution and interpretation of experiments for process development, optimization and characterization in GMP.
• Develop and implement analytical methods to support drug substance and product development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Author and review technical reports, protocols and regulatory documents.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists; foster their development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in PD, manufacturing, QC and regulatory affairs.
• Stay current with scientific advancements and industry trends.
