Job summary

Rocky Mountain Human Services seeks an experienced EI Provider Clinical Manager to lead Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers and families in Denver. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and drive quality improvements.

As a member of the DBH management team, you will coordinate with intake, service coordination, and leadership to meet timelines, manage budgets, oversee EVV and documentation, and promote family-centered, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical field and licensure as required for EI evaluations/services.
• 至少5 years experience with infants and toddlers with developmental delays and 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Early Intervention Services and Evaluations programs operations.
• Supervise Clinical Supervisors and staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, contractual, and organizational requirements.
