Job summary

You will supervise/co-teach, mentor staff and student placements, maintain documentation, attend staff meetings, and coordinate family conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience modeling and coaching on evidence-based practices in early childhood education.
• On-site coaching and mentoring of university students in educational placements.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal grant and enrollment pathway requirements and licensing laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly curriculum planning, daily lessons, and educational programming.
• Plan and implement classroom and program research; conduct assessments.
• Supervise and mentor co-teachers, aides, interns, and student assistants.
• Conduct family conferences and produce assessment reports for families.
• Maintain Child Plus database and ensure compliance with Head Start and CACFP.
• Participate in staff meetings and serve on committees.
