Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required for the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom with feedback.
• Implement curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with families to support care and education goals.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff and communities.
