Job Summary and Responsibilities

This role serves as the primary contact managing a multi-agency, federal government contract. You will strengthen relationships with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), facilitate operational activities, ensure deliverables meet SLAs, and manage communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, managing and growing programs, providing product training, supporting operational and contractual requirements, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical mental health field from an accredited university.
• Active, unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• 5+ years providing EAP counseling services.
• 2+ years conducting workplace or family issues training.
• 4+ years in account management within healthcare or EAP.
• Experience in business process analysis and government or commercial healthcare services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts and teams, interfacing with government clients, ensuring compliance, and managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and healthcare industry specifics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

This is a remote position within the DMV area. Compensation ranges from USD $79,700 to USD $100,050 annually. The role is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, in the fields of Sales and Business Development within Government Administration.
