Qualifications

• Five+ years of underwriting experience required, ten+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property/casualty and surplus lines.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite to write and retain profitable business in line with divisional goals.
• Build strong relationships with producers and other stakeholders.
• Analyze risk, pricing, coverage, and risk management alternatives for complex exposures.
• Review products, filings, and pricing needs and recommend enhancements.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Lead or participate in strategic projects and initiatives.
