Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree required.
• PE license in Louisiana required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the E&I engineering and design department staffing and workload.
• Enforce department procedures and ensure project execution consistency.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical and instrumentation deliverables.
• Guide budgeting, scheduling and quality priorities on projects.
• Coordinate with management for resource utilization and client satisfaction.
• Develop long-term manpower forecasts and recruit staff to meet goals.
• Mentor E&I engineers, designers and drafters; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering systems, standards, and workflows.
• Support multi-discipline project execution with other department managers.
• Assist with proposals, budgeting, and staffing plans for E&I scope.
