Princess in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Web Architect in Product Engineering to drive the online guest experience. You will oversee the full web stack, from vacation search to CMS modules, and guide architecture, cloud migration, and performance improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise IT, 10+ years delivering technology products, and 3+ years AWS (EKS) expertise. In-office with some shipboard travel, you’ll mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years demonstrated experience collaborating across an enterprise IT organization.
• 10+ years delivering technology products.
• 5+ years architecting end-to-end engineering solutions.
• 8+ years delivering large-scale consumer-facing systems.
• 3+ years in AWS architecture (EKS, blue-green deployment).
• 5–8 years in web technologies (JavaScript, React, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software.
• Lead AWS migration and Kubernetes deployment for web platforms.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT, Marketing, Security, and Data teams.
• Drive eCommerce Web product engineering and CMS modules.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage vendor relationships.
• Establish best practices for SDLC and test automation.
