Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in Dublin, CA, is seeking an experienced Retoucher for our post-production studio. You will produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets across high-volume ecommerce photography and video workflows, applying advanced retouching, masking, color correction, and compositing.

The role requires a strong portfolio, independent judgment, and collaboration with creative teams. Hours are hybrid in our Dublin office, with a focus on delivering production-ready assets that meet brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of related professional experience in technical retouching, preferably within a high-volume apparel, fashion, product, or e-commerce environment.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating advanced retouching capabilities, including before-and-after examples with an emphasis on apparel and product still photography.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex retouching assignments and resolving production challenges.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced retouching of high-volume product and on-figure e-commerce photography, ensuring final imagery is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
• Apply masking, compositing, color correction, and image-manipulation techniques to produce production-ready assets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of apparel, garment construction, fabric textures, lighting, and color to create realistic product representations.
• Assess image-quality issues, identify root causes, and apply creative solutions to maintain visual integrity and production requirements.
• Independently manage retouching projects from execution through final delivery with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with creative, photography, and production teams to meet project requirements and brand expectations.
