Job summary

Solera Corporation is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics System Analyst to design, implement, test, and support the Dynamics ERP ecosystem during a multi-year migration from AX 2012 to D365 F&O. This is a fully remote role aligning with CST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with D365 F&O and AX2012.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Experience with MS technologies supporting D365 F&O such as Task Recorder and RSAT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps initiatives and drive process improvements across PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR.
• Document, map, and optimize internal FinOps processes and changes.
• Develop new financial logic and setup, evaluating impacts on operations.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to automate manual processes.
• Speak in cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to discuss changes.
