Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Transformation Advisor to assess its current Dynamics CRM 8.2 on-premises environment and provide strategic recommendations for its future-state CRM platform. The consultant will lead discovery efforts, evaluate migration and modernization options, identify business and technical risks, and develop an implementation RFP for vendor selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current Dynamics CRM 8.2 environment, including workflows, integrations, reporting, data architecture, and dependent applications.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and business process discovery sessions across multiple departments.
• Evaluate CRM modernization options, including migration to Dynamics 365 Online, greenfield rebuild, hybrid approaches, and data archival strategies.
• Develop future-state recommendations, roadmaps, risks, and decision criteria for executive leadership.
• Assess data retention, attachment management, SharePoint integrations, Exchange/EWS dependencies, workflows, and CRM-connected applications.
• Create a comprehensive implementation RFP and vendor evaluation framework.
• Provide project leadership, governance recommendations, and strategic guidance throughout the assessment effort.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $120.00/hr.
