Huron is seeking a Senior Associate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support advanced Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. You will translate requirements into extensible components, while leading technical work packages and coaching junior teammates.

Role emphasizes delivery leadership within a global delivery context, including architecture-guided design, integrations, data migrations, reporting, and automation

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/engineering or equivalent; 7–9 years in enterprise app development or technical consulting.
• Hands-on X++ development and Dynamics 365 extensibility, data entities, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience delivering two full ERP lifecycles with documented technical deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal English; able to collaborate with US/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 solutions per scope and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical work packages, perform code reviews, and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Explain technical scope, risks, and trade-offs to functional consultants and leadership.
• Develop integrations, data migrations, reports, workflows, and AI-enabled features.
• Maintain RAID, update delivery docs, and support release readiness and transition.
