Job summary

eClerx LLC seeks a Senior Developer with deep Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform expertise to drive enterprise-scale solutions for a leading financial institution. You will own architecture, design, and integration strategies across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, collaborating with security and platform teams to ensure a stable, scalable service.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise applications.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, and related design practices.
Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Service Bus, SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault).
Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#/.NET.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with business users at all levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop implementation plans.
Design scalable, secure architectures for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Networking, and Central Power Platform teams to ensure platform stability.
Provide technical leadership to development teams: guide design, review code, develop reusable components, drive DevOps practices.
Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using iterative Agile delivery and testing.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
Enable AI-powered capabilities through Copilot Studio integrations.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments and platform governance.
Support production releases and operational availability to ensure reliability.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, security, and developer productivity.
