Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Software Engineer III to design, develop, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications (CRM, Finance & Operations, Project Operations) using Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 native capabilities.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, implement integrations via APIs and Azure services, and contribute to security, performance, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control practices.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security roles, business processes, and data management.
• Experience supporting or developing solutions in CRM, F&O, or Project Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations, and Project Operations.
• Build and enhance applications using Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 native capabilities.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Power Automate, Azure services, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Customize and extend Dynamics applications through plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Apps, and low-code/no-code capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application lifecycle management activities.
• Contribute to system design discussions and promote best practices related to security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimization initiatives.
