Job summary

BranCore Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer in Richmond, VA for an 8-month contract with potential extension. Initial in-office cadence: 4 days/week for two months, then 1 day/week; after-hours support as needed.

Role covers Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and DevOps in Power Platform. You will design, customize, and deploy scalable solutions using .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, and Dataverse, while guiding governance and best practices.

Qualifications

D365 Customer Service customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage.
5+ years as a D365 Technical Lead.
8 years experience with D365 customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plugins, Workflows and BPFs.
3+ years Power Platform and Dataverse.
2+ years DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments.
5 years Data Integrations and Migrations using ADF & SSIS Packages.

Responsibilities

Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Service module.
Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing and support of Power Platform solutions.
Design, develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform and C#.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions and coordinate fixes with IT.
Govern platform usage; apply licensing knowledge and develop governance practices.
Prepare mockups/prototypes and propose solutions using Power Platform features.
Act as liaison between IT and business units for issue logging and resolutions.
Assist customers in selecting Dynamics 365/Power Platform options; remote-friendly.
