Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Business Applications Analyst in Houston to lead support and configuration for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with developers, configure workflows and security, and drive testing and UAT activities.

The role requires 5+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or Dynamics AX, hands-on configuration skills, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and/or Dynamics AX.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience supporting integration and collaborating directly with development teams.
• Knowledge of workflows, approvals, security roles, and business process management.
• Strong documentation, testing, and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead support and configuration resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with developers on solution design and implementation.
• Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, security roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
• Support system integrations between Dynamics 365 and related applications, portals, and business systems.
• Lead and participate in testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for system changes, business processes, and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Assist with implementation projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
