Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live, helping modernize back-office operations and financial processes.

The role emphasizes client leadership, post-implementation support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects within Crowe’s ERP practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in G/L, AP, AR, and credit/collections.
• Experience with fixed assets, cost management, and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop functional design docs.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and customizations.
• Understanding of month-end close, cash application, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules (G/L, AP/AR, CC, cash management, fixed assets).
• Analyze business requirements and translate to functional specs and designs.
• Lead process redesign and optimization for month-end close and back-office ops.
• Develop/test plans, perform integrations testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate customizations, integrations, and data conversions with tech teams.
• Create documentation, designs, reports, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions; manage client relationships.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Identify business development opportunities for Crowe’s ERP practice.
