The role emphasizes Power Platform and Copilot utilization to boost agent productivity.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant Dynamics 365 CS experience.
- 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
- 3+ years implementing CCaaS/Contact Center solutions.
- Experience leading client workshops and delivering in Agile environments.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Lead client discovery workshops and document functional requirements.
