Job summary

The DYN Collective is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Supply Chain Consultant to guide clients through design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, and order-management processes.

Ideal candidates combine deep operational knowledge with ERP implementation experience and can act as both business consultants and hands-on implementation leaders for client-facing engagements in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 5+ years of ERP consulting experience in a client-facing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and manufacturing or production planning.
• Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements-gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to consult on business process improvements and perform hands-on configuration and implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions focused on operational, distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

• Facilitate solution design workshops and future-state process discussions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop functional design and implementation documentation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to operations, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders.
• Configure and implement Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales Order Processing, Warehouse Management, Bin Management, Replenishment Planning, Demand Planning, Lot and Serial Tracking, Manufacturing, Production Orders, Bills of Material, Routings, Capacity Planning, Assembly Management, and Jobs or Projects.
• Lead data migration, data validation, and operational readiness activities.
• Design and execute conference room pilots, test scripts, and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training and supporting documentation.
• Support go-live planning, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage client expectations, assigned workstreams, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Business and Operations Consulting
