• 5+ years in D365 lifecycle leadership
• 5+ years application security in regulated environments
• 5+ years pro-code D365 extensibility (C#/.NET)
• 5+ years executive briefing to non-technical leadership
• 4+ years Azure architecture hands-on
• 3+ years production operations with vendor platforms
• 2+ years RAG/agent orchestration and AI evaluation
• 2+ years government cloud (GCC/GCC High/Azure Government)
• 2+ years cross-tenant architecture (gov ↔ commercial)
• 2+ years public sector/district delivery
• MB-230 Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Own STAAND architecture: data models, Dataverse design, relations, environment strategy, integration topology
• Enforce architecture standards, patterns, naming conventions and technical debt registers
• Chair design authority reviews and sign-off on designs before build
• Troubleshoot platform issues: performance, API limits, plugin order, storage growth
• Maintain artifacts for CCWIS review, audits, and governance
• Harden boundary between GCC Dynamics/Power Platform and Azure services
• Define cross-boundary data, authorization and logging policies
• Implement cross-tenant identities, Key Vault secrets, private networking, API gateway
• Maintain data residency and FedRAMP boundaries
• Hands-on AI lead for CORA and agentic workflows; build/evaluate agents
• Own AI model lifecycle and responsible AI controls
• Security architecture oversight; liaise with ISSO, OCTO, privacy officials
• Apply OCTO/NIST/FedRAMP/HIPAA and related policies
• Lead secure SDLC, threat modeling, code reviews, and dynamic analysis
• Own change pipeline from request to release and verification
• Plan around Microsoft 365/Power Platform release waves
• Data architecture for AFCARS/NCANDS/NYTD/CFSR/Title IV-E reporting
• Bi-directional exchanges with District/external partners for interoperability
• Translate social work workflows into technical architectures
• Brief CFSA IT Steering Committee and federal reviewers
• Liaise with Microsoft and vendors for implementation/support
