Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Senior Dynamic Developer in Los Angeles, CA, for a 12-month hybrid engagement. The role focuses on leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex IT applications, translating business requirements into scalable software solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure performance and security.

The candidate will design architectures, develop code, and create technical documentation while evaluating new technologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in system analysis, system design, software development, and programming.
• Minimum of 4 years in a lead or senior-level role.
• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Strong coding experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Experience creating SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience using Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, transaction processing, and data structures.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system integration, and application architecture.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, functional requirements, and implementation plans.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Work Schedule:

• Required to work onsite once per week.
