Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in risk analysis, M&A due diligence or competitive intelligence.
• Expert ability to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in corporate data.
• Strong analytic leadership and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of approximately 13,000 annual Entity Vulnerability Assessments (EVAs).
• Lead complex investigations involving multi-national mergers and opaque holding structures.
• Guide financial analysis of health, M&A activity and board influence to identify control mechanisms.
• Synthesize data into clear, actionable intelligence reports for decision-makers.
