Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and three years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have valid CT Driver's License and vehicle for use.
• Must complete the Agency’s Employee Training including CPR, First Aid, PMT and DDS Medication Administration.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience with Microsoft products, email, and Therap preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Services Manager in staff training and data review.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and on-call, assisting with shifts as needed.
• Review medical orders and keep the team apprised of changes.
• Serve as a mentor to direct support professionals and model best practices.
• Maintain communications with families, guardians, and healthcare providers.
