Job summary

Responsibilities include algorithm development, high-fidelity simulations, and cross‑functional collaboration with Navigation teams. Requires 7+ years in digital comms and strong FPAG expertise.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in EE, CE, or related field with 7+ years in digital communications or satellite systems.
• Strong mastery of synchronization, ranging, and spread-spectrum algorithm design.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA-based signal processing and fixed-point modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition, tracking, data decoding, and measurement algorithms for FPGA-ready designs.
• Build Python/C++ simulations and analyze performance under low-SNR and high dynamics.
• Define HW/SW partitioning and system interfaces for FPGA resource optimization.
• Specify measurement products and validate with Navigation team.
• Lead vendor SOWs, acceptance tests, integration, and compliance reviews.
