Job summary

Central Counties Services in Belton, TX is seeking a Direct Support Professional 3 to provide crisis respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Belton IDD and Wales IDD offices.

You will work under supervision within a structured, therapeutic environment, performing habilitation care, implementing plans, and supporting daily living activities while promoting safety and progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to individuals receiving Crisis Respite services.
• Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and welfare of each individual.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document services provided and observe behaviors objectively.
• Follow Crisis Intervention procedures and report concerns to supervision.
