Job summary

West Texas Centers MHMR is seeking Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The role offers flexible schedules and a rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or 3 letters of reference.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• References must be from individuals with no family relation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide lifting, repositioning and transferring assistance safely.
• Deliver personal care in the least intrusive manner.
• Report to supervisor and follow HHSC, HCS, TxHmL and Performance standards.
