Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation seeks an Advanced Digital Signal Processing Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team in Centennial, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; or Chantilly, VA. You will lead DSP and communications system development across CPU, GPU, and FPGA platforms, guiding architecture through deployment for national security programs.

The role requires a strong background in DSP algorithms, Python/MATLAB, and C/C++, plus experience with Linux and X-Midas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Python/SciPy and MATLAB for DSP.
• Experience with C/C++ for signal processing.
• Experience designing DSP algorithms and implementing on CPU/GPU/FPGA.
• Ability to explain algorithms in reports and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop DSP and communications systems across CPU, GPU, and FPGA.
• Participate in all phases of product development from requirements to deployment.
• Apply engineering and mathematical analysis to system solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware-software interfaces and performance.
