NuAxis Innovations in the United States is seeking a Senior Full Stack Drupal Lead / Software Architect to guide design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, advance Drupal with .NET, and ensure secure, accessible solutions for federal systems, with a focus on cloud deployment and platform architecture.

10+ years of hands‑on full-stack web development experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional Drupal development.
Drupal development and customization including Webform module.
Extensive .NET web systems development experience.
Experience with AWS and Azure including container deployments.
Strong solution architecture and enterprise integration skills.
Experience integrating Drupal apps with federal systems.
Experience meeting federal security and compliance requirements.
Experience implementing Section 508 compliant web apps.
Experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini).
Proven technical leadership and mentoring ability.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and requirements translation.

Responsabilidades

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using Drupal, .NET, and other relevant web technologies.
Drupal Development: Lead Drupal application development, customization, configuration, and integration, including implementation and maintenance of the Drupal Webform module.
Technical Leadership: Serve as hands‑on technical lead and architect, guide development teams, establish technical standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Solution Architecture: Design scalable and secure application architectures, considering enterprise integration requirements, platform standards, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Cloud and Containerization: Support deployment and integration across AWS, Azure, on‑premises environments, and container‑based platforms.
Federal Systems Integration: Design and implement Drupal integrations with federal systems, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
Plugins and Connectors: Evaluate, configure, and develop marketplace plugins and custom connectors to support interoperability.
Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet federal security requirements and applicable compliance obligations.
Accessibility: Ensure web applications comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements and standards.
AI‑Assisted Development: Apply AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.
Data Migration and Reporting: Plan and execute data migration activities and support reporting requirements.
Technical Modeling: Create models for data, processes, and UI to support design and implementation.
Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile/SAFe practices, manage technical priorities, and guide requirements through implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with end users, business stakeholders, and SMEs to translate needs into technical solutions.
Architecture Governance: Ensure solutions align with DoL standards and coordinate with OCIO for approvals.
Development-Team Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and promote engineering standards.
