Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Drupal development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Drupal 10/11.
• Experience developing custom Drupal modules and themes.
• Strong understanding of ADA Title II/III accessibility requirements.
• Experience implementing WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
• Strong experience with PHP, Twig, HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript.
• Experience integrating third-party REST APIs/Web Services.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with responsive web design and semantic HTML.
• Experience performing accessibility remediation and accessibility testing.
• Experience with WAI-ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security best practices.
