Job summary

Athenix Special Missions in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Data Security Engineer (DRM Specialist) to lead encryption policy design and implementation within the USSOCOM Zero Trust program at MacDill AFB. You will architect enterprise DRM across SIPR/Top Secret and NIPR networks, enforcing policy decisions in real time.

You must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, MS in a related field, and 5+ years of DRM/IRM experience with Kiteworks and Microsoft Purview.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and administering Enterprise DRM/IRM systems (Kiteworks, AIP/RMS, or Virtru).
• Deep understanding of AES-256, RSA, PKI, and KMS operations.
• Ability to design ABAC logic and Conditional Access policies.
• Experience with cross-domain encryption in air-gapped networks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Kiteworks and Purview as central PDPs for file access.
• Translate NIST attributes into DRM policies for real-time access control (ABAC).
• Manage the lifecycle of encryption keys (BYOK and CKM) ensuring cross-domain availability.
• Configure DRM features like SafeVIEW and SafeEDIT for secure collaboration.
• Define and enforce Rights Management controls to prevent Copy/Paste, screen capture and printing.
