Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical) or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant drilling engineering experience, including horizontal wells and drilling operations.
• Well Control Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs drilling engineering work applying complex techniques to develop precise well designs.
• Builds technical recommendations and business cases for leadership with risk, priorities and value.
• Prepares estimated drilling costs and AFE generation for company drilling activities.
• Provides technical assistance to drilling staff to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective completions.
• Leads complex drilling projects and mentors others while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Establishes best practices to optimize drilling performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and leadership to influence decisions.
