Job summary

Nova Space Solutions is seeking a Drafting Supervisor at NASA SSC in Mississippi. Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting or technical field.
• Minimum 10–12 years drafting/engineering experience.
• 3–8 years leadership experience in a team.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen for NASA badge access.
• Strong command of English, verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.
• Experience enforcing drafting standards and BOM control.
• Experience with model-based drafting in 3D environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and review work of drafters, modelers, and designers.
• Meet DR requirements and maintain minimum standards.
• Coordinate CAD systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Set deadlines, monitor budget/schedule, allocate resources.
• Review drawings for scope, accuracy, and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
