Smith-Rowe, LLC is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator for the Grading Department in Burlington, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the highway grading industry and be capable of operating a dozer at an expert level.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in highway grading industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post daily inspection of dozer.
• Maintain clean housekeeping on machine and jobsite.
• Cut ditches, slopes, grades, and clear brush.

Skills

Expert level dozer operation

Strong knowledge of finish grading

GPS knowledge

Education

High school diploma/GED
