R&D Partners is seeking a scientist to plan and execute on-site experiments supporting Process Development and project goals. You will select methods, develop data analysis skills, and interpret results to drive decisions.

The role requires a BS with 2+ years or an MS with 0+ years in a relevant field, with preferred emphasis on chemical/biochemical engineering. Experience in biologics purification and analytical operations is valued.

Qualificações

• BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 2+ years of experience or MS degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Preferred degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related disciplines.
• Experience in biologics purification (conjugation, UF/DF filtration) is desirable.
• Experience in analytical operations: SEC/HPLC, CE (R/NR), HCP testing is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute assigned experiments on-site to support Process Development and project goals.
• Select appropriate methods and techniques for performing experiments.
• Develop skills in data analysis and interpreting experiment outcomes, including data quality evaluation and recognizing anomalous results.
• Recommend alternatives, research new methods, and discuss potential solutions with senior personnel.
• Participate in group meetings and present results, data interpretation and conclusions.
