Job summary

RM Advisory Services LLC seeks a Senior DoW Financial Systems and Audit Analyst for an anticipated DoD engagement in Washington, DC. You will perform financial-system analysis, data reconciliation, dashboarding and reporting, data management, audit response, and corrective-action implementation.

The ideal candidate combines DoD experience with knowledge of DoD/Federal accounting, internal controls, and audit readiness; Marine Corps or Navy-finance experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance at the time of contract award.
• Five or more years of DoD financial-management, financial-systems, accounting, or audit-readiness experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with DoD financial-management requirements including USSGL, FMF, SFIS, and internal-control requirements.
• Experience performing financial or system reconciliations, root-cause analysis, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoW transactions and reports to identify data-quality issues.
• Reconcile DoW information to feeder systems, GL balances, and source docs.
• Document data flows, rules, data definitions, transformations, and system dependencies.
• Develop analyses describing conditions, criteria, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Develop and validate financial dashboards and reports.
• Support reporting activities including DAR-Q and certification.
• Coordinate audit evidence and responses with auditors.
• Develop procedures and training materials to support operations.
