Job summary

RM Advisory Services LLC is seeking a Senior DoW Financial Data Architecture and Integration SME with hands-on DoD experience to lead data governance, mappings, and reconciliation across feeder systems, DAI, and financial reports. The role requires analysis, documentation, and liaison with DoD stakeholders to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

The candidate will establish data lineage, crosswalks, and interface mappings, applying SFIS, USSGL, and DoD FM regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics, business, or related field
• 7+ years of DoW financial-management, financial-systems, financial-data, or enterprise-architecture experience
• Hands-on DoW/DAI experience within past 3 years
• Experience reconciling DAI data to feeder systems
• Experience developing financial data crosswalks, mappings, or data-lineage docs
• Knowledge of SFIS, USSGL, and DoD Financial Management Regulation
• Ability to translate technical issues into financial/audit impacts
• Experience preparing formal analyses and leadership briefings
• Willingness for occasional onsite meetings at Pentagon/NCR

Responsibilities

• Document how financial information moves from feeder systems through DAI into general-ledger reports and dashboards
• Reconcile DAI transactions to feeder systems to identify data issues
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings, fiscal-code crosswalks, interface mappings, and data definitions
• Evaluate changes to determine effects on financial reports and audits
• Establish validation rules and quality checks for dashboards and reports
• Represent the organization in data-governance and enterprise-architecture groups
• Advise DoW personnel and stakeholders on data requirements and system impacts
• Prepare analyses explaining conditions, requirements, root causes, and solutions
• Coordinate with financial managers, system owners, data engineers, and auditors
