Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer (C#/Angular/SQL)

Location: Remote (ET/CT preferred)

Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP – Mid May

Overview:

We’re hiring a Full Stack .NET Developer to join a modernization effort for a large, custom-built web application. The project supports internal operations for managing construction sites—from overall project planning down to daily site activity. You’ll be working alongside a tight-knit team of experienced developers, a dedicated software architect, QA, and product owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Modernize and enhance an existing EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) application
• Contribute to both front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET/C#/SQL) development
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team across time zones
• Help improve performance, scalability, and user experience
• Build Progressive Web Application features where needed

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong experience with .NET (C#), Angular (2+ in TypeScript), and SQL
• Hands-on familiarity with Angular 17 or readiness to get up to speed quickly
• Solid understanding of best practices for modern web development
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale web apps

Bonus Points For:

• Angular.js (for a potential support/maintenance hybrid role)
• Prior experience on construction or EH&S-related applications (not required)

Team & Culture:

You’ll report to a technical lead who was the original architect on the app and now acts as Product Owner. The team is mostly full-time staff with a few contractors and a collaborative, supportive culture. This is a fully funded, long-term project with solid leadership and a clear roadmap.

• One video interview (with hiring manager and architect)
• No coding test, but expect in-depth technical questions
