The Windsor Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and support high-performance Front Office trading applications in a Capital Markets environment. The ideal candidate will excel in C#, .NET, SQL Server, multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and Front Office trading systems, with knowledge of FIX Protocol and equities trading.

You will work with traders and tech teams on low-latency solutions, contribute to SDLC processes, and provide Level 3

Qualifications

• Must have strong C#, .NET and SQL Server skills.
• Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming.
• Proven ability to support legacy and production systems.
• Familiarity with front office trading environments is a plus.

Senior .NET Developer - Middle Office Trading

• Job Title: Senior .NET Developer - Front Office Trading
• Experience: 8-12+ Years
• Domain: Capital Markets / Equities Trading
• Rate - $55/hr on W2 or 1099

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and support high-performance Front Office trading applications within a Capital Markets environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Multi-threading, Asynchronous Programming, and Front Office Trading systems, with experience working on low-latency, mission-critical applications. Candidates with knowledge of FIX Protocol, Swaps, Corporate Actions, and Equities Trading will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade trading applications using:
• C#
• .NET
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions
• Apply SOLID principles and software engineering best practices
• Support legacy applications while contributing to modernization initiatives

2. Front Office Trading Systems

• Develop and support Front Office trading applications
• Collaborate with traders, business analysts, and technology teams
• Enhance trading workflows and support business-critical applications
• Support Equities trading and related financial systems

3. Production Support

• Provide Level 3 production support for trading applications
• Investigate and resolve production issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Coordinate with infrastructure, vendors, and business teams during incident resolution

4. System Implementation

• Deploy and configure application changes following SDLC and release management processes
• Support application upgrades and production releases
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation activities
• Work closely with global development teams
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement
