MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role in Lansing, MI. You will develop and enhance enterprise applications, translating business needs into scalable software while collaborating with analysts and agency stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, and deployment, plus ensuring security and accessibility standards. This contract role invites experienced professionals to join a DTMB project team and contribute to key public-facing

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience in .NET, MS SQL Server and Angular.
• Experience building enterprise applications with maintainable, scalable code.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Develop and enhance applications supporting DNR, including public-facing tools such as the Michigan burn-permit availability application.
• Collaborate with business analysts and agency stakeholders to interpret requirements, clarify business processes, and design technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into system architecture, technical specifications, and development tasks.
• Support project and work-request activities through coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in discovery sessions, elicitation activities, and process modeling to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality.
• Provide expert guidance on technical feasibility, constraints, standards, and DTMB policies.
• Maintain strong communication with agency partners to promote transparency and shared understanding throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support operational activities and participate as a key member of the DTMB Agency Services technical team.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and quality standards.

Job Title:

Location:

Lansing, MI, (Hybrid)-In office 2 days a week upon start. Wednesdays and Thursdays are required on-site days and cannot be altered

• Strong experience developing enterprise applications and delivering maintainable, scalable code.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.
• Excellent communication, customer-service mindset, and stakeholder-relationship skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical environments and understand system dependencies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
